Portfolio

This portfolio showcases my creative work, skills, and style through a collection of projects, both professional and academic. It includes a variety of visuals such as logos, branding materials, illustrations, and more.

Equitable Pluralism Workshop

The Equitable Pluralism Workshop (previously "Religious Equity Seminar") is a program put on by the Tri-Faith Initiative. I designed the logo, workbook, and graphics for the program. The logo recalls the visualization of equity. The workbook utilizes various graphics, readings, and space to write for the participants.

Wes Fest

This mailer was an assignment for a Publication Design class. We had to create a stepped accordian brochure for a made-up film event. I created "Wes Fest" in honor of the premiere of Wes Anderson's The Grand Budapest Hotel. I based the cover design off of the pink Mendl's boxes from the film.

True West Magazine redesign

This magazine was a redesign of True West magazine for my Publication Design Class. The original design of the magazine was very old-fashioned with a very cliched western aesthetic. For the redesign, I went for something cleaner, and sharper while using touches of the Old West in some of the font selections and color scheme.

Tri-Faith Brochure

This brochure was designed for visitors to the Tri-Faith Initiative. It describes programs offered as well as events and worship times for each of three congregational partners.

Worsted Ads

These ads were designed for an Illustration class. We had to design three ads in a series for a fictional company. I created a yarn company called Worsted. I wanted fun, irreverent, and eye-catching imagery as well as a 1970s color scheme.

Michelangelo Wines

These labels were designed for an Illustration class. The assignment was to create a brand of wine using the first letter in our name and design labels for a red wine and a white wine. I used the sibyls from the Sistine Chapel as the inspiration for the figures.

Spot Illustrations

These illustrations were created for an Illustration class. The illustrations on the right were for an article about camping. Below are spot illustrations of the wives of Henry VIII.

Midwest Mycotopia

The client is a colleague and friend who has a gourmet mushroom business. He was looking for a logo for the business and a label for the lion's mane coffee blend he was selling. He expressed interest in the logo and label being inspired by tarot cards. He asked that a tree with lion's mane be included on the label.
